Wedding Videography Services Agreement
By engaging our wedding videography services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you (the client) and our videography service. Your booking confirmation serves as acceptance of these terms in their entirety.
Clients are required to fulfill the following obligations to ensure optimal service delivery:
Our videography services are subject to certain limitations that clients must acknowledge. We provide professional wedding videography within the agreed timeframe and locations. However, we cannot guarantee specific shots or moments due to the unpredictable nature of live events. Our services do not include venue coordination, event planning, or liability for other vendors' performance. Equipment failure, despite our backup systems, may occasionally occur and is beyond our control. We reserve the right to use professional judgment in capturing your event while maintaining the highest quality standards possible.
All creative work, including but not limited to video footage, edited content, and artistic compositions, remains the intellectual property of our videography service. Clients receive personal usage rights for the delivered content, including sharing with family and friends through social media and personal platforms. Commercial use, redistribution, or resale of our work is strictly prohibited without written consent. We retain the right to use portions of your wedding video for promotional purposes, portfolio development, and marketing materials unless explicitly requested otherwise in writing.
Our liability is limited to the total amount paid for our services. We maintain professional insurance but cannot be held responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes but is not limited to lost opportunities, emotional distress, or third-party claims. We are not liable for venue restrictions, weather conditions, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control that may affect service delivery. Clients acknowledge that wedding videography involves inherent risks and uncertainties that cannot be completely eliminated despite professional expertise and preparation.
Payment schedules are established upon booking confirmation. Late payments may result in service suspension or additional fees. Cancellations made more than 90 days before the event are eligible for partial refunds minus administrative costs. Cancellations within 90 days forfeit all payments due to committed resources and lost booking opportunities. Force majeure events may be considered for alternative arrangements or rescheduling options.
Any disputes arising from this agreement shall first be addressed through good-faith negotiation between parties. If resolution cannot be achieved, disputes will be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with local arbitration rules. The prevailing party may be entitled to reasonable attorney fees and costs. These terms are governed by local jurisdiction laws where our business is registered.
